Introduction to Service Centre

DHC has set up customer service center exclusively for inverter pre-sales technique consulting, technique support during sales and post-sales service. Both technique support engineer and service engineer have been trained by Hitachi experts and obtained certificates.

DHC upholds the “24-hour Service Spirit”. For general problems from customers, reply will be offered in 4 hours, and for serious problems, engineers will arrive in 24 hours; after the equipments are put into use, touring test on them will be offered for free every half a year, so as to guide customers to use and maintain the inverter properly; customer training meeting will be held every year and during the meeting, related technical specialists invited will provide professional technical training for customers.
